📋 Description
• Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a talented and proactive Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission-critical projects. • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. • Collaborate with recruitment leads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Facilitate the interview process and extend job offers to selected candidates. • Manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
