Description
• Proactive, tenacious technical manager for account tasks and activities • Manage customer or internal escalations • Ensure technical issues reach resolution with the technical team • Drive planning, tracking, and execution of decisions
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a technical account manager, technical project manager, and technical customer services manager • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English • Understand database production operations (incident management, change management, problem management) and the vendor-supplier relationship • You have experience of being accountable for technical escalations • You have an awareness of SQL databases
