📋 Description
• Lead and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination between geographically distributed teams. • Act as the main liaison between teams and clients or stakeholders. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules. • Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, understanding of roles and responsibilities, and alignment on project goals. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed with regular project updates and resolving any conflicts that may arise. • Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them. • Monitor progress against milestones, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within budget constraints. • Evaluate and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency. • Promote best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other frameworks used by the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams. • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle (SDLC). • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks , including sprint planning and retrospectives. • Proficiency with project management tools ( JIRA , Trello , Asana , etc.) • Experience with software version control and issue-tracking systems. • Basic technical knowledge . including familiarity with database concepts (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and basic troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency in English (C1) • Scrum Master certification is highly valued. • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
