Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 1 years of experience in a management or leadership role. • Strong proficiency in modern data engineering technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Spark, Kafka and relational databases (e.g. SQL, noSQL) • Proven experience in designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes in cloud-based environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a high-performance engineering team, including hiring, coaching and performance management. • Highly proficient in Python and SQL, experience in other programming languages such as Java and Scala for data engineering. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
