Description
• SEM image analysis and feature extraction by scripting to identify and classify image patterns • Provide customized scripts as short-term workaround based on customer needs
Requirements
• Advanced python programming skill • Experienced with massive data analysis, result visualization, and user interface design • Strong verbal communication skill • Knowledge with SEM or semiconductor fabrication is a plus, but not mandatory
