Description
• Coordinate and manage multi-faceted, complex projects • Engage in customer-facing activities • Manage and develop HW team, including recruitment, training, and mentoring • Oversee HW service and product development • Serve as primary point of contact for negotiation and preparation of RFQ • Ensure cross-functional teams fulfill SOW commitments • Manage technical data repository • Review BOM sourcing and report status • Manage major risks and issues • Conduct schematics review and ensure acceptance criteria • Support hiring, business activities, and other assigned tasks
Requirements
• MS/BS in Electronic Engineering or related field • 10+ years of hardware R&D experience and 3+ years in project leader/management role • 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience • Direct experience in design and testing of mechatronic systems/equipment • Previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment • Ability to work independently for new product/service development • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication skills in Chinese and English • Ability to travel globally, including internal traveling in Taiwan
