📋 Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories, technical documentation, and acceptance criteria. • Analyze complex business processes and data, providing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business needs across diverse industries and environments. • Facilitate meetings, lead workshops, and guide decision-making with stakeholders and development teams. • Develop and optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals and client objectives. • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date board in the project management tool, ensuring all tickets are clear, consistent, and complete. • Continuously improve documentation practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. • Support the refinement process to break down tasks for developers, providing detailed explanations of tickets to the development team during sprint planning or as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• More than five years of experience in business analysis, working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global teams and clients. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies. • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, user flows, and diagrams. • Solid understanding of business processes, including operations, marketing, and customer service, adaptable to various industries. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Leadership abilities to guide discussions, facilitate meetings, and drive project success.
