β€’ Review & execute National, State, Local government, and Institutional contracts β€’ Manage and maintain contracts with various government and institutional entities β€’ Ensure compliance with specific regulations and contract terms, including execution of control reports β€’ Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance β€’ Prepare and review customer requests for quotations and bids β€’ Analyze customer requirements β€’ Prepare comprehensive quotations and bid responses β€’ Ensure all necessary information is included to provide competitive proposals β€’ Liaison with customer contracting offices β€’ Negotiate price, terms, and conditions β€’ Prepare and deliver required reporting to maintain positive relationships β€’ Facilitate contract execution in accordance with brand values β€’ Administer, review, and communicate customer contract terms and conditions β€’ Ensure conformity with company requirements by thoroughly reviewing contracts β€’ Maintain open communication with involved parties internally and externally; address any concerns or discrepancies β€’ Review representations and certifications master information β€’ Develop and confirm accuracy of representations and certifications for organization β€’ Ensure compliance with contract and contracting requirements β€’ Ensure cohesive contract management and execution β€’ Provide training/education/resources to involved parties about government contracts regulations when appropriate β€’ Provide proactive oversight and guidance to internal teams on relevant contracting issues, including interactions in bid process and FCA β€’ Serve as primary point-of-contact for all contracts-related topics

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ NCMA / CFCM certification (a plus) β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal contract RFP/RFB, compliance, or a similar role β€’ Expert knowledge of GSA schedules, government contracting processes, and DFAR/FAR β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills to meet deadlines β€’ Must be able to work well with people, possess a high energy level, and be flexible managing priorities β€’ Proficiency in Office 365 β€’ SAP ERP (or other ERP system), experience with Salesforce CRM (or other)
