📋 Description

• The Technical Lead (Telecom) is responsible for supporting daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality data delivery. • Assists the Analysis Operations Manager in streamlining workflows, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting analysts in adapting to evolving project requirements. • Involves guiding team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring analysts' performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in the telecom field. • 1-3 years of logistical experience and team guidance or leadership, including task assignment and performance management • Ability to drive results using data to propose and implement operational improvements alongside the Operations Manager. • Strong independent work skills, including prioritization and problem-solving. • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively within a fully remote workforce. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in technology and drone operations (UAV experience is a plus).
