Description

• Develop a structured analytics program • Create the analytics roadmap to align with team objectives • Refine process for managing incoming requests • Transform raw data into business insights • Prepare data summaries and detailed reports for leadership • Ensure accuracy of data and reporting • Work with other data and analytics professionals • Identify areas for process improvements • Enhance reporting of department KPIs and SLAs • Provide detailed training to end-users • Own day-to-day management of requests and tasks • Think creatively to find solutions • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or Computer Science or 7+ years equivalent work experience • 3+ years leading a team of analysts or data scientists • Microsoft SQL Studio, Snowflake, Python, and PowerBI experience • Fraud Analytics experience • Operating experience in Healthcare Technology, Payments, Trust & Safety, or Risk Management • Experience using Jupyter • Jira and Confluence experience • Advanced degree
