📋 Description
• We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with a good understanding of the end-to-end product design process, well-developed design craft, and strong problem-solving skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps. • Proficiency creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. • Proficiency designing the UI, information architecture, and interaction flow of app based digital products. • Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities • Leads teams in charge of executing research tasks and is capable to analyze the outcomes generated by the research. • Experience determining the end-to-end user experience map, building empathy and understanding with the users in order to improve their journey through the site and make thoughtful and useful design decisions. • Designs and implement overall product strategy, including look and feel, creative approach, and KPIs performance. • Informs and shares design process insights with the stakeholders and team partners. • Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production. • Provides insight from their own experience on how to approach assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner. • Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies. • Good English skills (B2 or above preferably - you’ll be working with clients in the US).
