Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise between teams. • Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and project requirements. • High level of organization to manage production calendar, track project statuses, and maintain a centralized digital asset library. • Attention to detail in managing assets, ensuring they are correctly tagged, stored, and accessible. • Must be detail-oriented and able to review assets for brand consistency. • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve roadblocks in the production process. • Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Excel). • Experience managing relationships with external vendors. • Ability to assist with contract management and budgets. • Ability to quickly learn new systems. • Ability to manage change requests efficiently. • Basic knowledge of data measurement and reporting. • Willingness to learn analytics tools. • Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
