🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship. • Experience working on web-based products, collaborating with designers and product managers to deliver impactful solutions. • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, Node.js (Express, Fastify), and GraphQL. • Strong experience with API development, service-oriented architecture, and scalable web applications. • Strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies, including performance optimization and observability. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and influence stakeholders. • Comfortable working in an agile, data-driven environment, leveraging analytics and experimentation to drive decisions. • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
