Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement and Proposal Manager • Lead and coordinate development of proposals for government agencies • Manage internal knowledge related to procurement operations • Drive successful procurement operations, bid submissions and support Zencity’s growth
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or sourcing in the public sector or GovTech • Proven negotiation and supplier management skills • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Detail oriented and proactive • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels • Ability and preference to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment • Preferred: CPQ tool management experience • Preferred: Certification in Procurement (e.g., CPP, CPSM, CPM) • Preferred: Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
