• Member of the Data Engineering team • Working with fast-paced innovative companies • Leveraging Cloud as the key driver of transformation • Trusted advisor to customers on Google Cloud • Covering a large spectrum of technology topics • Familiarity with modern DataOps practices • Comfortable with batch, micro-batch, and real-time streaming architectures • Being on video in meetings internally and with clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience serving in a data engineering capacity • Experience developing production Spark applications • Strong skills with either Python or Java • Advanced working SQL knowledge • Experience working with cloud data warehouses, specifically BigQuery or Snowflake • Experience with GCP native data toolset (preferred) • Familiarity with modern DataOps and IaC practices • Familiarity with the constellation of tools in the data engineering ecosystem • Familiarity with DBT and Airbyte (preferred)
