Description

• Lead and manage brand projects with internal and external partners from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to ensure organizational and company goals are met. • Work in close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to steward brand efforts, gathering insight, input, and assets to be leveraged in storytelling efforts. • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making recommendations for adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives. • Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth. • Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in brand management, project management, or a related role. • Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Experienced in agency/vendor management • Possess an ethos of “getting things done.” • Decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing with a proven track record to thrive under ambiguity • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with creative, channel, and communication teams, cross-functional partners and company leadership • Team-player attitude—your enthusiasm will get others to participate in our programs and be our advocates within their teams • Strategic problem solver that can see beyond the day-to-day work to help reach company OKRs, marketing and sales goals, build a stronger brand, and improve connection with our customers.
