• Zendesk is seeking a Global Content Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive global demand campaigns. • Focus on creating demand in IT, Employee Experience (EX), and Employee Service (ES) space. • Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and sales teams for integrated campaigns. • Ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation for ITSM solutions. • Experienced in developing content strategies and evolving messaging for the stages of the buyer journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on content development in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven experience in end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns targeting IT, EX and ES audiences • Ability to leverage audience data to inform optimal targeting and campaign strategy • Strong writing and messaging skills, especially around IT and employee service topics • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with external agencies • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and program improvement • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking • Strong communication skills across all levels, from marketing and sales teams to executive stakeholders • Positive, collaborative, and energetic, with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing change • Bias for action and high-quality results with a focus on timely delivery
