Description

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform campaign briefs and communication strategies. • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with Zendesk's overall OKR goals and objectives. • Oversee full-funnel global marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution. • Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless creative development and delivery. • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team. • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback. • Ensure campaign implementation follows brand guidelines and organizational values. • Identify marketing opportunities to inspire brand growth and differentiation. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign strategy. • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand and storytelling team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional project management, prioritization, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically and creatively. • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including market research and analytics platforms.
