β€’ Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform campaign briefs and communication strategies. β€’ Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with Zendesk's overall OKR goals and objectives. β€’ Oversee full-funnel global marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution. β€’ Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless creative development and delivery. β€’ Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team. β€’ Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback. β€’ Ensure campaign implementation follows brand guidelines and organizational values. β€’ Identify marketing opportunities to inspire brand growth and differentiation. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign strategy. β€’ Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand and storytelling team.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. β€’ Exceptional project management, prioritization, and attention to detail. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to think strategically and creatively. β€’ Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including market research and analytics platforms.
