• Develop, in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager, and implement the regional marketing strategy. • Plan and execute a diverse array of marketing programs and initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns. • Evaluate and optimize new vendors, marketing programs, and channels. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution. • Report on and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic direction.
• A minimum of 3 and ideally 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS environments, with a proven track record of success in the DACH market. • Native German speaker; English proficient and Polish a bonus. • In-depth understanding of the DACH business landscape and the software purchasing process, enabling the development of targeted marketing campaigns that effectively drive prospects to trial and conversion. • A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. • A hands-on, results-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills to facilitate holistic cross-functional execution. • Strong analytical abilities to synthesize raw data into actionable plans for both new and existing marketing initiatives. • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Tableau, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. • Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • A team-oriented, upbeat, and optimistic attitude that fosters a positive work environment.
