Description
• Serve as an expert on Employee Service solutions • Deliver customized product demos tailored to client needs • Partner with sales team throughout the sales cycle • Develop and present ROI analyses for potential deals • Provide subject matter expertise to the sales organization • Take responsibility for achieving the employee service quota
Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR / IT Service & Operations Management • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Service sales • Strong track record of achieving targets & quota • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
