• Brand Champion: Own Zensurance's brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels. • Customer-Centric Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives that connect with our target audience and drive engagement. • Data-Driven Strategist: Analyze market trends and leverage insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns. • Creative Collaborator: Partner with marketing, UX, and external partners to bring our brand to life. • Position Zensurance as the go-to insurance solution for self-employed people and micro-businesses across Canada. • Develop our brand to increase awareness, stand out, and engage self-employed professionals across Canada, driving e-commerce sales. • Grow brand awareness metrics. • Develop compelling creative initiatives broadly across all channels. • Establish a cohesive brand aesthetic and comprehensive guidelines. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform data-driven strategies. • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a unified brand messaging strategy. • Lead the ideation and execution of innovative B2C brand campaigns. • Measure brand perception and develop detailed customer personas through qualitative and quantitative research. • Define and articulate the brand's core values, mission, and strategic vision. • Collaborate with UX to ensure brand consistency and engagement throughout the user experience. • Oversee advertising channels and contribute creative input to optimize campaigns. • Advocate for brand attribution and quantify the impact of brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand management experience, with a strong focus on B2C marketing. • Be a self starter who requires minimal direction. • Not afraid to take risks and suggest creative ideas beyond what has been done before or what may be expected. • Ability to experiment, measure, analyze data, and derive actionable insights. • Experience providing creative direction and establishing brand guidelines. • Demonstrated success in leading impactful B2C brand campaigns. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. • Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for brand building. • Experience with paid media platforms and advertising is a plus. • Knowledge of offline media opportunities and planning tactics is a plus. • Knowledge of AB testing concepts and digital analytics a plus. • Financial or Insurance background not necessary.
