Description

• Significant role supporting commercial, corporate & regulatory legal obligations • Contract drafting, commercial negotiations, and legal advisory • Advise on financial service disclosure documents and marketing materials • Provide legal support for major commercial projects • Assist with legal disputes, employee agreements, and training

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Law • Current practising certificate in Australia • 4+ PQE with at least 3 years in private practice at a law firm • In-house experience preferred, especially in financial services
