Description
• Conduct reviews and audits of partner customers • Obtain updated KYB/C/CIP/CDD/EDD/BO information and apply risk ratings • Review existing and updated documentation for validity • Verify supplied information/documents to ensure compliance • Perform client due diligence and KYB/C screening • Guide internal business units in gathering updated KYB/C packages • Review and process watch list filtering and negative news alerts • Actively participate and contribute to projects and other assigned tasks • Conduct research via online tools • Identify potential KYB/C or payments concerns • Responsible for KYB/C processing of client forms • Conduct audits of partner customers • Identify potential areas for improved processing and automation • Escalate to management on high-risk clients • Accurately update risk assessments of existing clients • Assist in development and improvement of policies and procedures
Requirements
• College degree with strong academic credentials • 2+ years of AML experience or related FinTech or financial services experience (especially B2B2C) • Hardworking and driven • Strong time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units • Ability to multi-task effectively maintain attention detail • Excellent time management and organizational skill • Crypto experience a plus • ACAMS or similar certification a plus • Experience with MSB’s, securities broker-dealers, or commodities futures commission merchants a plus • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s a plus
