Description

• Play a pivotal role in driving product strategy and execution • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy • Help define and prioritize the product roadmap • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Gather and analyze customer feedback • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams • Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success • Implement data-driven decision-making processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Product Management • Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with testing/integrating to APIs • Preferred experience in crypto infrastructure with trading experience • Experience in RFQ and CLOB engines • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
