• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must • Strong technical background with proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
