β€’ Provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and troubleshooting complex technical issues. β€’ Collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand their needs. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations. β€’ Develop innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements. β€’ Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications. β€’ Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. β€’ 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must β€’ Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
