📋 Description

• Seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engineer. • Responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and troubleshooting complex issues. • Drive revenue growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand needs and present solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations showcasing products and services. • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must • Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
