• Responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and implementing effective solutions. • Collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand their needs. • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations showcasing products or services. • Develop innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements and business challenges. • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and solution designs that align with industry best practices. • Conduct proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness of solutions. • Stay current with industry trends and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must • Strong technical background with proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
