Description

• Responsible for providing status updates to other departments regarding sample submission • Creating and maintaining reports including quality data trending, COA on shared drive, ingredients test informational spreadsheets, etc • Reviewing COA from raw material suppliers, Co-Manufacturers, 3rd Part Laboratory testing • Conducting review of raw materials and finished products within two days of receipt of COA • Preparing and submitting samples for laboratory testing facility • Tracking finished product releases monthly and managing OOS investigations • Working closely with Co-manufacturers, Product Development, Regulatory staff • Following and complying with approved regulatory policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science • Fluent in English AND Mandarin • Minimum one year of direct experience in the pet food and dietary supplement industry • Experience with 21 CFR 11, 21 CFR 111, and 21 CFR 117 • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin • Energy and enthusiasm for process development, task tracking, and continuous improvement • Vigorous attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member • Ability to balance and prioritize tasks • Utilize decision-making skills • Experience with pet food and supplements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, lab testing, and quality control
