• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. • Coordinate and unify marketing communication activities for consistent brand messaging. • Oversee creation of high converting Product Detail Pages and digital content strategy. • Manage social media, Influencer Marketing and PR for Solid Gold and Zesty Paws brands. • Develop consumer-focused marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels. • Oversee end-to-end management of marketing campaigns and report on performance. • Lead social media strategy and monitor effectiveness of digital campaigns. • Oversee public relations efforts and manage communications tasks. • Conduct market research and utilize consumer insights for marketing campaigns. • Manage marketing budgets efficiently for maximum ROI. • Collaborate with internal teams and build relationships with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, integrated communications, or related roles. • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail, consumer advocate and storyteller. • Experienced in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms). • Deep understanding of the various social media platforms and paid ad channels, with a clear sense of what content works where. • Ability to quickly pivot and adapt to new trends, technologies, and platform changes, ensuring content remains cutting-edge. • In-depth knowledge of TikTok’s features, trends, and best practices.
