Description

• Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Counsellor. • Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma. • Contract Type: Affiliate Contractor. • Work Type: Remote. • Work Hours: Flexible. • Role Overview: Support psychological health of content moderators; expand clinical affiliates. • Conduct digital therapy sessions via video. • Use CBT, ACT, DBT interventions and assess trauma cases. • Evaluate risks, adhere to ethical guidelines, collaborate with Clinical Programme Lead.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. • Hold a current, active license as a LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or MFTC. • Additional clinical education related to short-term, solution-focused interventions. • Certified in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK or ASIST). • Complete CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements. • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a corporate environment. • Experience working with an EAP or Digital Therapy platform is an advantage. • Experience in cross-cultural counselling. • Proven ability to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing technologies. • Fluent in written and spoken English.
