Description
• Provide digital therapeutic support via video on our Digital Platform. • Conduct sessions using interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT. • Assess trauma cases and follow safety procedures. • Evaluate risks and adhere to ethical guidelines. • Collaborate with the Clinical Program Lead.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Hold a current, active licence as a LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or MFTC (Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate) in the state of employment. • Additional clinical education related to short-term, solution-focused interventions. • Certified in suicide risk assessment, such as SafeTALK or ASIST, ensuring the ability to effectively identify and manage clients at risk. • Complete CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements. • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in individual. • Previous experience working with an EAP or Digital Therapy platform would be an advantage. • Experience in cross-cultural counselling, demonstrating sensitivity and competence with diverse client backgrounds. • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards in a corporate environment, including effective communication and confidentiality.
