Description

• Create engaging learning materials and resources to drive knowledge of Gatekeeper features for both our internal teams and customers • Design with a learner-first mentality, ensuring that learner needs and outcomes are the focus of your work • Take ownership, produce and update product content for Gatekeeper’s Knowledge Base (including video, gifs, screenshots) • Be involved in building out our recently launched LMS and develop in content for Gatekeeper Academy modules • Create modes of assessment, such as test or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of training content • Analyse data related to learning and performance • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer and internal team knowledge of our solution • Collaborate with the wider Product team to stay ahead of new developments and features • Deliver live and recorded training Webinars alongside Product Marketing • Work with the Learning Experience Chapter Lead to build learning processes and systems to meet our internal and external training needs as we grow

Requirements

• Confident developing and driving learning outcomes within a technical software as a service (SaaS) environment • Able to take complex information and turn it into manageable and engaging learning materials • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written • Passionate about maximising customer value and adoption • Proven experience of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects • Data-driven and analytical with an eye for detail • Highly collaborative, self-aware and with strong problem solving skills • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (product, marketing, professional services, customer success) and developing alignment on learning strategy • Experience working with an LMS and writing learning articles would be highly advantageous • 2+ years of experience with Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related training field
