📋 Description

• Gatekeeper is a SaaS-based, next-generation Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management (VCLM) & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Solution. • We help our customers to restore visibility of their vendor contracts, take control of their vendor and contract processes and safeguard compliance of their third parties. • This is a rare chance to join a true technology startup, working with a close-knit team to help deliver and maintain new product features. • In this role you will: Design, build, extend, and support AI-powered autonomous agents for our product. • Develop and optimise AI workflows using AI frameworks. • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to automate complex workflows and improve efficiency. • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure AI agent implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Python experience. • Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.). • Hands-on experience working with LLMs and vector databases(Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Pinecone, etc) • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI automation. • Strong knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, and backend development. • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. • Passion for innovation and problem-solving in AI-driven workflows. • Nice to have: Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) or fine-tuning LLMs. • Background in MLOps and AI model deployment. • Contributions to open-source AI projects or a track record of technical speaking engagements.
