• BDM’s are Zeal’s front line with clients and their first point of contact. • Every BDM strives to have a positive impact on the client’s experience with Zeal. • Set meetings and build relationships with potential Introducing Brokers. • On-board IB’s and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues. • Use Telegram and other Social Media channels to influence IB’s to join Zeal. • Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services. • Negotiate rebate and markup terms with IBs. • Stay up to date on market news and trends. • Advise on trading strategies and risk management strategies. • Explain stock market terms or trading practices to clients. • Achieve sales targets for funded accounts and gross deposits.
• 4 years of extensive experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department • Financial markets knowledge in FX, Stocks, Commodities • Technical and Fundamental analysis • Strong relationship management and networking skills • Selling Skills. • Communication skills. • Customer orientation. • Learning flexibility
