Requirements
•Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on delivering technical software projects, ideally within financial services or trading environments. •Fluent in Mandarin and English. •Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly within trading or financial platforms. Experience with trading systems is a plus. •Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt based on project needs. •Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve project issues effectively. •Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion. •Tools: Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence
