• Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and products presentation • Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports and meetings. • Execution of company standard sales process and procedure. • Mentor and train sub-ordinates to become top performers and product experts in order to sell Zeal’s online trading platform. • Supervise actions of Account Executives within his/her department. • Follow up on CRM records and make sure it is always updated. • Maintain knowledge of new products, offerings, and company promotions targeting the retail segment. • Ensure sales team is meeting call numbers and KPI’s on daily, monthly, quarterly basis. • Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed • Communicate effectively • Maintain confidentiality of company and all customer records. • Represent company in areas of public relations like expos, company events, etc. • Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance • Assist CS team in maintaining KYC documentation. • Oversee and ensure compliance of all sub-ordinates. • Conduct Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the team. • Recommend new products and services and/or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes. • Ensure sales team is achieving sales targets including: • No. of Accounts (Lead to Account) • No. of Funded Accounts (FTD) • Gross Deposits. • Client Satisfaction. • No. of daily calls. • Quality of calls.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree from any discipline • Work Experience Requirement: 5 year of experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department • 3 years of proven record experience in a leadership position managing sales team • Basic Financial markets knowledge • Strong interest in financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities. • Selling Skills. • Communication skills. • Customer orientation. • Learning flexibility
