•About Zeal Group •Zeal Group is an award-winning FinTech organisation offering a variety of products. •Founded in 2017, we have grown to a team of 700+ employees across the globe. •Headquartered in London, UK, our offices and presence are spread across Europe, Asia, North & South Africa, Middle East and South America, with our Technology hub located in Cyprus and our Global Hub for Customer Service in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. •We are a product and people focused company who are passionate about growth, innovative technology, and collaboration. •Position Summary: •The role requires an experienced candidate with 5–8 years of overall marketing experience, ideally with a strong finance background and prior work in trading platforms or brokerage firms. •This individual will focus on: •Developing and executing marketing strategies and budget planning for Thailand. •Driving user retention initiatives such as seasonal campaigns, fixed promotions, and client engagement. •Leading user acquisition efforts through both online and offline channels, including PR, KOL management, programmatic ads, and events. •Job Responsibilities: •Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to: •Plan, execute and track marketing projects such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing •Build and maintain social media presence like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter and etc •Develop and initiate marketing and promotional campaigns •Support and execute paid social media campaigns, display and ad-words campaigns along with Global Media Buying team •Execute plans to drive website traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion via profitable content •Identify industrial forums, communities and affiliate sites, create contents on these mediums on a regular basis •Explore collaboration opportunities and engage with KOL and influencers to drive various marketing objectives, such as brand awareness and audience engagement •Work with designer to create landing pages, advertising materials and marketing collaterals •Monitor and listen actively on Social community to analyze engagement, reach, comments, and sentiment •Work with the content team to create educational content, webinar and live streaming •Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to a high standard, across a range of digital channels, within the deadline •Establish and work on community via Telegram and other platforms along side community manager. •Develop tracking and monitoring system to ensure KPIs are meeting targets, conduct analysis and learnings from data and reports

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Communication/PR or relevant field •3-5 years’ work experience in social media, advertising, promotion within FX field •In-depth knowledge in various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing •Experience in implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns and Google Ad-words campaigns •Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities to analyze metrics and create reports •Up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing •Native Thai speaker •Excellent English and Thai language, outstanding verbal and written communication skills •Can-do mentality, highly determinate to succeed in a fast-paced environmen
