Description

• Conducting in-depth analysis and reconciliation of suppliers' invoices, independently ensuring their accuracy and approval prior to payment on a weekly/monthly basis • Taking initiative to liaise with external suppliers' representatives and internal team members regarding any discrepancies or anomalies discovered during your analysis, driving resolutions autonomously • Proactively monitoring costs by independently gathering and reconciling data from suppliers, with a strong focus on identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise • Providing support to your line manager on various analyses, reports, tasks, and projects as assigned, approaching each with a self-directed work style • Acquiring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on company systems and processes, and independently contributing to the improvement of these processes through your initiative.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish • Precise, with excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in Excel is essential (knowledge of Power Query Editor would be a plus) • Fluency in English • Discreet and loyal, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
