• Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist • Type of contract: Full-time Maternity cover (9 months) • Location: Remote within the UK - Please, note that unfortunately we are unable to sponsor candidates without the right to work in the UK. • About ZigZag Global: If you’ve made an online return with Zara, Selfridges or New Look, then you may already be familiar with ZigZag and our award-winning SaaS platform. • In 2023, £2bn worth of returns was processed via ZigZag’s retailer returns portals and related carrier services. • Our solution leads the way in providing cost-effective, customer-friendly retail returns across the globe. • About the Marketing Team: At ZigZag we have big ambitions, and marketing needs to provide our engine for growth. • ZigZag’s key client target is fashion retailers looking to reduce the costs of returns while driving customer loyalty. • In this Growth Marketing role, you will be responsible for executing the marketing plan and activity to enable growth for ZigZag - this includes executing industry events, ZigZag owned-events, digital marketing campaigns, social proof campaigns and the development of creative assets. • The key success metric is the generation of new Marketing Qualified Leads. • The successful candidate will have B2B Marketing experience, ideally from the retail or logistics sector. • Experience in building and measuring campaigns in Hubspot is essential for success in this role. • The role suits a self-motivated and upbeat team player, seeking the opportunity to make the post-purchase experience in retail a better, more sustainable experience that benefits logistics providers, retailers, and customers. • Responsibilities: As our interim Growth Marketing Specialist, you will: • Deliver campaigns to drive demand and leads with new prospective clients. • Plan and promote ZigZag attendance and sponsorship of events and webinars. • The candidate will own the event calendar. • Build the digital marketing capability (i.e. website, landing pages, social media, social proof, email, and advertising campaigns) to drive demand in line with MQL, pipeline creation and client acquisition targets. • Run digital campaigns and build a suite of creative assets. • Utilize Hubspot features including forms, landing pages, marketing email to run campaigns. • Utilize HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, and data analysis tools to track, improve, and scale up campaigns and measure performance and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). • Create assets and messaging to tap into keywords with high search volume. • Ability to craft stories and create material that is visually & narratively motivates retailer and logistics decision-makers to take action. • Proactive use of organic and paid social media to engage with the target audience. • Deliver nurture campaigns and newsletters to promote ZigZag’s to drive demand with new clients. • Key KPIs – New Qualified Leads, ROI by channel/campaign/market, traffic to landing pages, advertising performance, digital & email conversion metrics. • Be agile, we are a growing company and sometimes we need to wear different hats!

Requirements

• 2+ years business experience in B2B Marketing (ideally SaaS) • Hubspot Marketing automation & campaigns experience • The ability to combine analytical skills with creativity and storytelling skills to initiate change. • Ideally able to demonstrate some experience in Retail & Logistics • Digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Paid LinkedIn) • Willingness to use project management tools (i.e. Asana) • Content creation: (i.e. Canva) • Core traits - willingness to experiment, organized, analytical, professional, commercial, optimistic, flexible, self-starter, people person!
