• Job Title: Technical Business Analyst • Type of employment: 9 month fixed term contract (Maternity cover) • Location: This is a remote role based in Portugal, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. • About ZigZag Global: We are Returns! Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience working with REST APIs • Strong understanding of working with API testing tools • 2+ years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance • Proven experience in requirement elicitation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Experience writing SQL queries • Understanding of SDLC • Experience with ecommerce and/or logistics SaaS solutions • Collaborative Mindset: Embrace a collaborative approach to work • Strategic Thinking: Apply a "Grown-up Mindset" by approaching tasks with a strategic perspective • Tenacious Problem-Solving: Exhibit tenacity in addressing challenges • Empathy and Compassion: Cultivate a Human Heart by displaying empathy and compassion • Balanced Living with Live Hard, Work Hard: Strive for a balance between a vibrant life outside of work and dedication to professional responsibilities
