Description
• Lead the company-wide experimentation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their experimentation needs and incorporate them into the platform roadmap • Drive the development of new features and capabilities for the platform • Increase experiment velocity and quality company-wide, aligning experimentation with business metrics • Scale experimentation across multiple product lines efficiently and effectively • Promote the use of the platform by educating, documenting, and collaborating with various team members • Analyze experimentation results and provide insights to inform product decisions • Guide and support other product managers, while being a leader with a point of view in experimentation and data-driven decision making • Foster a culture that encourages product decision making based on experimentation throughout the organization
Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on data platforms, analytics, or experimentation tools • Strong technical background, a deep understanding of A/B testing, and statistical analysis • Track record of driving cultural change towards data-driven decision making • Exceptional ability to influence and drive consensus across leadership, product, engineering, and data science teams • Consistent record of shipping successful products at scale • Crisp communication skills to articulate sophisticated ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering; Master's degree preferred • Previous experience building or managing an experimentation platform is a plus • Strong project management and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to prioritize quickly and effectively in a complex collaborative environment
