📋 Description

• Lead the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end-to-end • Contribute to the design of new features • Review the code and architectural ideas of peers • Advocate for standard methodologies • Facilitate engineering discussions • Mentor engineers at all levels • Work as part of an inclusive, energetic, and multi-functional team • Leverage technology best suited for each use case

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Go, Java, Python, C#, NodeJS • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, program managers, and analysts • Find opportunities to promote and support existing ZHL processes • Passionate about engineering and distributed systems • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration • Comfortable distilling customer requirements into problem definitions • Passionate about mentorship and coaching/onboarding/leading teammates • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Experience in the Mortgage industry and familiarity with tools and applications
