Description
• Lead the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end-to-end • Contribute to the design of new features and future vision of ZHL • Review the code and architectural ideas of peers • Advocate for standard methodologies • Facilitate engineering discussions • Mentor engineers at all levels • Participate in an inclusive, energetic, and highly multi-functional team
Requirements
• 8+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Go, Java, Python, C#, NodeJS or other object-oriented languages • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, program managers, and analysts • Experience in the Mortgage industry and familiarity with the tools and applications used • A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience • Passionate about mentorship, and coaching/onboarding/leading teammates • Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for collaborating across organizational boundaries • Comfortable distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions
