Description

• Seeking an exceptional software developer to join skunkworks team. • Develop an end-to-end minimum viable version of the software for internal workflows. • Collaborate with the founder to design and implement a semi-lattice contextual data model. • Evolve the minimum viable product into a minimum lovable product. • Work with DevOps teams to implement robust production debugging tools. • Partner with the founder to architect and deliver a scalable, serverless automation system. • Customize the product for the Multifamily sector. • Collaborate with product teams to develop a plugin system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Rails, Rails Hotwire, StimulusJS, Vanilla JS, Tailwind, SQL, Git. • Knowledge on Networking, Linux, and Containers. • Thorough understanding of software delivery best practices and the lower layers of the technology stack. • Comfortable working with Java and can navigate challenging documentation. • Understand process mapping and can translate complex business operations into process maps. • Efficient, producing significant output with minimal wasted effort. • Unwavering integrity and always do what's right, not just what's expedient. • Highly organized, able to plan effectively and focus on key priorities. • Quick learner, capable of rapidly absorbing and applying new information. • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data. • Proactive, bringing new ideas to the table without being prompted. • Flexible and can adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions. • Remain calm under pressure and maintain stable performance even in stressful situations. • Think strategically and can communicate the big picture in an inspiring way. • Creative and innovative in approach to problem-solving. • Strong work ethic and willing to work hard to get the job done. • High standards for both personal and team performance. • Open to criticism and actively seek feedback. • Communicate clearly and articulately, both verbally and in writing. • Team player who can cooperate effectively while also working independently. • Currently residing in Latin America.
