β€’ This is a remote position β€’ The Construction Coordinator role is instrumental to keeping our teams organized and efficient by providing broad administrative support and reporting functions for our Fiber Design and Construction Organization β€’ Recognize, interpret, compile, analyze, post, prepare and verify cyclical/statistical data/orders/information by developing, formatting, generating, and maintaining specialized reports, files and/or spreadsheets through utilization of various menu-driven or pre-programmed software packages β€’ Enter, track, ensure accuracy and summarization of data; coordinates information with other departments to accomplish tasks; identifies trends/patterns β€’ Assist the Construction Manager with timekeeping, attendance, and technician PTO management β€’ Assist the Engineering Manager with various project assignments and tracking duties, including financial tracking, permit applications and payments β€’ Assist local Construction and Inspection team with material procurement and usage tracking β€’ Assist the Manager and CPA team with project assignment, tracking and closure criteria β€’ Project manage permit management, permit closures, document upload, task management and other project closure duties

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred β€’ Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role required β€’ Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines to be utilized in vendor invoicing and data validation in support of the Inspection and Management team β€’ Familiarity with various Ziply Construction and Accounting software systems preferred β€’ Demonstrated effective keyboard skills, alpha and numeric, emphasis on accuracy and speed β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, and other Project management software suites β€’ Demonstrated effective organization skills β€’ Able to safeguard confidential material β€’ Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments β€’ Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and organizational skills β€’ Ability to work within critical deadlines β€’ Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules β€’ Ability to provide excellent customer service
