Description

• Zippy is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to ensure compliance with loan origination and servicing operations. • Responsible for reviewing and verifying compliance with state and federal regulations as well as investor requirements. • Conduct audits, maintain records of compliance reviews, and stay informed about regulatory changes. • Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in chattel loans and loan servicing operations. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing chattel loan origination and loan servicing. Familiarity with quality control review frameworks and processes. • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey complex regulatory requirements to team members and stakeholders.
