Description

• Responsible for ensuring all creative requirements are delivered on brand, on brief, on time, and within budget • Manage the day-to-day of the creative team • Provide creative guidance and oversight of output • Monitor and design creative processes • Lead people and organisational leadership efforts

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role • Great organisation skills, methodical approach and meticulous eye for detail • A self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude • Confident liaising with stakeholders, making decisions where necessary and escalating problems or project blockers • A love for solving problems and dealing with challenges and changes • Collaborative and happy to work with a mix of roles and people • Confident negotiator, or an appetite to learn • Understanding of design specifications • Familiarity with design through a remote based environment co-working design and presentation tools including Figma, Slack, Loom • Experience of using software to support asset management and project management • An existing network of freelancers/agencies/production partners would be beneficial
