Description

• Assist in creating and maintaining business architecture models, including business capability maps and process diagrams. • Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps between current and target states of business processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows, system interactions, and organizational structures. • Participate in workshops and meetings with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and insights. • Support the development of reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate key findings and recommendations. • Learn and apply principles of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) as relevant.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io) is a plus. • Basic understanding of IT systems and their role in supporting business processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
