Description

• Aid in development of data analysis and visualization pipelines for ‘omics studies. • Extend existing Python and R scripts for data processing and visualization. • Develop reports with statistical analyses and visualizations. • Work with subject area experts for implementing new pipelines.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a PhD program in bioinformatics, computational biology or a related field. • Expertise in Python, Bash, Git, and Linux development environments. • Demonstrated ability to develop streamlined and cohesive pipelines. • Familiarity with bioinformatic workflows for ‘omics data analysis. • Experience with HPC environments and Linux shell scripting.
