🎯 Requirements
• Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience building complex type of B2B SAAS products • Strong experience in product discovery, driving early state user research • A solid command of agile product development methods and tools, preferably Jira/Confluence/Miro • Strong plus: domain knowledge in renewables and energy market • Experience creating product roadmaps and driving features development from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions • Problem focused and user-centric, you are motivated to provide the best user experience while answering the business needs • Pragmatic and hands on, able to drive results with your team on your own, achieving company targets • Thriving and enjoying working in cross-functional teams (with e.g., tech, UX/UI design, sales, operations, etc.) • Fluent in English with German
