📋 Description

• Direct management of EMS ACT Territory Managers • Maintain positive attitude and objectivity • Exceed Regional sales quotas • Control discounts and expenses • Hire, educate, retain talented sales people • Foster a team environment • Communicate and monitor EMS ACT Strategic Plan • Develop Territory Managers through coaching • Spend average three days per week working in the field • Set expectations for Territory Managers • Manage and update regional book of business • Ensure reports provided as required • Responsible for in-service education to customers • Maintain tracking of demo and evaluation inventory • Be company expert on ZOLL and competitive products • Reinforce products and positioning strategy • Represent ZOLL professionally and ethically • Analyze and report on trends in the Region • Comply with all policies and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree preferred • 5 – 10 years in sales and / or sales management required • Good Leadership skills • Strategic planning ability • Basic computer skills • Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive positioning strategies • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
