Description

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global enterprise endpoint solutions • Work closely with End User Services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability • Design, test, validate and implement large scale, enterprise endpoint solutions • Document environments, configurations, deployments, and changes • Develop and maintain endpoint security standards • Create standardized desktop and laptop configurations • Monitor imaging infrastructure's success across the estate • Respond to and resolve issues with imaging infrastructure • Develop standards and guidelines for the adoption of new technologies • Establish schedules for regular technology reviews • Manage virtualized endpoints for efficient delivery and management • Oversee deployment and administration of endpoint management platforms • Analyze, report, and act upon performance metrics and security alerts • Ensure compliance with licensing and security patches • Research and evaluate new endpoint technologies • Lead endpoint-related projects, ensuring delivery and alignment with business objectives • Function as a subject matter expert for endpoint management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred • 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or management in a global, large scale enterprise environment • Expertise in endpoint management tools and technologies required (SCCM, Intune, JAMF) using MAM/MDM administration • Expertise in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, MacOS, Linux • Proficiency in a scripting language such as PowerShell as well as Group Policy management • Knowledge of networking protocols • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and threat landscape • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience mentoring technical colleagues
