• Make inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites and information supplied by Zonda Urban • Monitor project websites and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases • Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information • Creative with problem solving and preferably with experience around customer service and dealing with people over the phone • Organized and resourceful with strong intrapersonal skills and ability to work from home, and a positive attitude • Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment
